Sponsor vocational training for young Pakistanis. We run each cohort with NAVTTC-registered institutes, and report every month on who attended, who passed and who found work.

Skilled young people are the foundation of a stronger Pakistan. When your company sponsors a training cohort, it becomes part of the country's progress: more young men and women gain a trade and a path to work. High Achievers' League sits between your company and the training institute. We help you choose the right cohort, keep an eye on quality while it runs, and give you reports you can put in front of your board.
Pick a trade and a cohort size with us.
A NAVTTC-registered institute advertises the cohort, screens applicants and delivers the training. High Achievers' League qualifies the final selected cohort for eligibility and quality.
We check attendance, assessments and training quality during the cohort, and send your team a report every month.
We keep transparency and charge a retainer for our service.
We work only with training institutes registered with NAVTTC, Pakistan's national technical and vocational training authority.
High Achievers' League is led by Zeeshan Rahat Kureshi, a certified EducationUSA adviser with more than 22 years in education, including time as Principal Adviser and Team Lead at the Fulbright Commission. HAL has advised more than 3,000 students. Our CSR programs bring the same discipline to skills training: clear selection, close monitoring and honest reporting.

Be part of Pakistan's progress. Write to us with your CSR focus and the number of trainees you have in mind, and we will reply with a proposal.
